Client Support Specialist

As the essential point of contact for client support, the Client Support Specialist manages both incoming and outgoing communications with clients, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Promptly answering incoming phone inquiries during operational hours
- Addressing any voicemails and/or messages from the answering service (if applicable)
- Handling incoming email inquiries and forwarding them as necessary
- Welcoming clients and all visitors to the facility (if applicable)
- Evaluating incoming leads and potential clients
- Coordinating estimate appointments
- Providing product quotes via telephone for clients/customers (if applicable)
- Assisting Estimators with follow-ups on pending sales/quotes through phone and/or email
- Effectively scheduling work appointments for Installation Technicians in coordination with clients
- Resolving issues from the field as needed, collaborating with management, vendors, and technicians to identify solutions
- Verifying order confirmations from suppliers for accuracy in size and pricing
- Organizing daily work orders and estimates
- Managing the procurement of all office/shop supplies
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- All candidates must successfully pass an initial background check and drug screening
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Dedicated, driven, with exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities
