Position Overview: In the role of Client Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional client experience while providing essential support to our financial advisors. Your responsibilities will include managing client interactions, preparing for meetings, processing financial transactions, and maintaining precise records. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding service and promptly addressing inquiries.
  • Prepare and submit investment, retirement, and insurance documentation, tracking progress and following up as necessary.
  • Compile client account reviews by gathering reports, statements, illustrations, and product information prior to advisor meetings.
  • Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, trades, and distributions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Engage with clients to collect necessary information for financial planning and manage follow-up tasks from meetings.
  • Maintain and update client records and meeting notes in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with financial planners, investment teams, and other advisors to provide seamless service and support.
  • Provide regular updates to the practice owner, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

About You:

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a strong emphasis on client service and support.
  • Valid licenses or certifications from relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Experience in supporting financial advisors or entrepreneurs, demonstrating the ability to prepare for client meetings and manage business processes.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM/database systems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
