Position Overview

This is a fully remote role that requires advanced administrative capabilities.

General Overview:

The Client Services Specialist is instrumental in assisting the Client Services Teams by managing requests that come through various channels. Key responsibilities include ensuring prompt execution of all tasks, adhering to company policies and procedures, following established workflows, and maintaining compliance standards. The position requires adaptability to meet changing business needs and processes.

Collaboration across departments is essential for providing a cohesive customer experience and supporting other teams in fulfilling business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage requests in accordance with Client Services SLAs, prioritizing tasks, upholding quality standards, and meeting communication expectations.
  • Prepare, dispatch, and archive documents accurately in line with company policies, ensuring compliance.
  • Efficiently handle incoming calls, follow-up communications, and emails.
  • Participate in coaching and training sessions to improve both individual and team performance.
  • Perform any additional assigned tasks.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-driven and capable of independently initiating tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to workflow procedures.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
  • Aptitude for thriving under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in automotive finance (preferred).
  • Experience in Payment Processing, Titles, Total Loss, and Consumer Product Protection functions (preferred).
  • Background in Auto Finance or related sectors (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment (preferred).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
