The Client Support Specialist is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally manage incoming inquiries from clients, ensuring timely and thorough resolution of issues.
  • Efficiently collect client information, assess and fulfill their needs, and educate them to minimize future inquiries while meticulously documenting interactions.
  • Address concerns with the best interests of both the client and the organization in mind.
  • Continuously assess and identify opportunities for process enhancements that positively influence the client experience.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Accurately manage openings, holds, and closures across various platforms.
  • Oversee queue management effectively.
  • Complete assigned projects as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for vehicle redemptions.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
  • Manage condition reports efficiently.
  • Create detailed inventory lists of personal property.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Manage impounds and voluntary assignments.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Punctuality and responsibility are essential.
  • Organizational skills and a drive to meet deadlines are necessary.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume call center environment is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • A strong commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction is essential.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
  • Able to handle complaints arising from escalated calls.
  • A pleasant, patient, and friendly demeanor is important.
  • Strong decision-making abilities are required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication/listening skills are crucial.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
  • A strong work ethic and a collaborative team spirit are essential.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: Commensurate with experience and qualifications (starting at $16).
