- Capability to operate independently in a remote setting
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Familiarity with software solutions (preferably within the semiconductor sector)
- Authorization to work in the USA (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with client success software (e.g., Gainsight, Totango)
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
