Job Description

myStreet Community Management is seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our community members, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. They will be responsible for greeting and assisting owners and guests, acknowledging and directing phone calls, and processing and distributing mail. Additionally, they will manage inventory, track clubhouse reservations, and assist with new community onboarding.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 - $52,000 per year. Benefits include 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance stipend, paid time off, professional development assistance, and vision insurance.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, with no nights or weekends. The ability to commute to Richmond, VA 23226 is required.
