Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residents and guests at an upscale condominium community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
- Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage resident and guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
- Handle correspondence, including packages and mail.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing community events.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on resolutions.
- Maintain an accurate visitor log and manage access control.
- Provide information about community amenities, policies, and local services.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or residential setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
