Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front desk staff and ensure they are meeting customer service standards
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
