Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement HR business processes, functions, and procedures
  • Monitor HR projects and workflow, ensuring operational excellence within the HR department
  • Lead the transformation of HR business processes, leveraging Workday and other leading HR technologies
  • Develop and implement cost-effective, scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience
  • Align HR Operations with broader business objectives, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Workday, including integrations skills
  • Experience in HR Operations, with a focus on recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and continuous improvement principles
  • Ability to develop clear and fair company policies, and to explain them to others
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on gathering and reporting key HR analytics
