Position Overview:
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various human resources functions, ensuring the seamless execution of onboarding procedures, effective recruitment administration, and accurate HR analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the complete onboarding journey for new employees, including pre-employment tasks and orientation sessions.
2. Assist in recruitment initiatives by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing background checks and drug screening processes.
3. Organize and manage employee recognition programs, events, and celebrations.
4. Maintain precise employee records and ensure data integrity.
5. Compile HR metrics and generate insightful reports.
6. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
7. Support employer branding efforts through various social media channels.
8. Participate in internal and external audits as required.
9. Update HR policies as necessary and assist with compliance requirements.
10. Perform additional HR administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with Workday HRIS is preferred.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- PHR certification is advantageous.

Work Environment:
- A hybrid work setting with a minimum of three days in the office.
- Office environment characterized by moderate noise levels.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone. Specific vision abilities required include close vision for computer work. Regular attendance is essential.

Certification/Licenses:
- APHR certification is a plus.
