Job Responsibilities:

This role supports our Waltham, MA office by providing administrative assistance and account management services focused on Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles.

  • This includes being the primary point of contact for customers and colleagues alike.
  • Responsibilities include managing mail distribution, faxing documents, and ordering office supplies.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • This role also requires a strong understanding of customer service principles and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
