Client Relationship Manager

The Client Relationship Manager at Latitude Inc. plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the company's portfolio of clients within the audiovisual (AV) or technical sales domain. This position is centered around crafting strategic sales initiatives, fostering robust customer connections, and achieving designated sales objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a background in AV or technical sales, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and client expectations. This role provides a degree of hybrid work flexibility.
-Compensation Structure: A competitive salary along with commission will acknowledge your sales contributions and facilitate a rewarding career.-A six-figure income is attainable for the right candidate after the initial year.Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at meeting or surpassing sales goals for AV or technical offerings.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including system integrators, IT leaders, project coordinators, and other relevant parties.
- Product Expertise: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's AV/technical offerings, while staying updated on industry innovations and trends.
- Client Needs Analysis: Perform comprehensive assessments to grasp client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Presentations: Conduct compelling and informative product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Sales Proposals: Create and submit detailed sales proposals and quotes, ensuring follow-up to secure sales.
- Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to current clients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and customer support teams to guarantee smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Engage in market research to uncover new business prospects and maintain a competitive edge.
- Sales Reporting: Keep precise and current records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status within the CRM system. Provide regular updates to management.
- Industry Representation: Act as a representative of the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products and generate leads.
