Role of a Client Relationship Manager

The Client Relationship Manager role is crucial for propelling our regional expansion goals and assisting the Regional Manager in multiple functions, including coaching agents, building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and executing ongoing sales initiatives.

In this capacity, your primary focus will be on enhancing sales growth. You will also have the chance to mentor and guide agents to improve their performance while establishing and maintaining robust client relationships.

This position necessitates in-person sales within a Credit Union environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary plus performance incentives, bonuses, profit sharing, paid holidays, paid time off, exciting award trips, and comprehensive benefits.
  • Base salary starting at $55,000.00 with uncapped commission potential.
  • Monthly performance incentives and bonuses tied to business development achievements.
  • Average annual earning potential ranging from $70K to $90K.

Key Responsibilities of a Client Relationship Manager:

  • Promote company offerings within credit union branches, SEGs, and through phone interactions.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with credit union contacts to create sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with credit union personnel.
  • Engage with branch management at credit unions.
  • Provide training and support to credit union staff.
  • Work alongside PFP managers to devise growth strategies.
  • Assist in coaching new agents within the region.

Qualifications for This Role:

  • Possess an active Life and Health License.
  • Have three to five years of experience in insurance sales.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successful sales.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service capabilities.
  • Be willing to travel as needed for work-related purposes.
  • Be computer literate, including typing skills.
  • Have reliable internet access at home or the ability to connect daily.
  • Show enthusiasm for the role and possess business acumen.
  • Display resilience when faced with rejection.
  • Possess professional and persuasive communication skills.
  • Be coachable and able to collaborate effectively with others.
