Position Overview

We are seeking Integration Systems Specialists to support essential functions for mission clients within the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities
  • Stay informed about Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) data strategies, business objectives, and performance metrics, providing recommendations to ensure alignment with the Sponsor's strategic goals.
  • Portfolio Management - Analyze and monitor portfolio data, presenting insights and recommendations to facilitate Sponsor decision-making, including proposed strategies, identified risks, gaps, dependencies, and funding issues.
  • Strategic Planning - Assist in the development of the Sponsor's strategic direction and priorities.
  • Performance Management - Ensure effective and efficient pursuit of strategy using best practices and benchmarks in business and mission analytics.
  • Lead engagement with private sector, liaising with IC and DoD partners on data interoperability requirements.
  • Support government clients in achieving programmatic goals, objectives, schedules, and reports to senior government officials, translating technical topics for non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to draft documents demonstrating strong writing and grammatical proficiency.
  • Familiarity with data and AI-related topics.
  • Provide clear, audience-appropriate written and verbal communication, showcasing strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience working with senior professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Exhibit strong communication, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
  • Produce deliverables in various formats as required (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with four or more years of relevant experience.
