The Planview Integration Specialist will be responsible for crafting and executing integration strategies for Planview software solutions. This position requires close collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders to facilitate the smooth integration of Planview with various systems, enhancing data management, and ensuring optimal performance of integration processes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage with PPM/IT stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and design customized integration solutions utilizing Planview software.
  • Create and deliver technical documentation, including integration architecture schematics, to relevant business parties.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams and developers from applications interfacing with Planview to evaluate and choose suitable integration methods.
  • Conduct data assessments of information systems to pinpoint issues related to programs, software, architecture, and operations.
  • Formulate integration strategies and plans to enhance data sources and guarantee uninterrupted data flow.
  • Present technical solutions and data acquisition methodologies to management for endorsement and execution.
  • Oversee data configurations, test integration interfaces, and translate physical data into source code.
  • Refine information system applications and network structures to accommodate increased data volumes.
  • Administer retrieval systems and organizational databases post-integration to identify and rectify any bugs or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and deploying solutions using Planview Portfolios software.
  • Experience with at least 2 complete Planview implementations, covering PPM demand, project, portfolio, financial, and resource management.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Certification in Planview or related technologies is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with enterprise-level product integrations and navigating complex IT environments.
