About the Opportunity

AireSpring is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive business growth and lead a team of sales professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and train sales agents and channel partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to ensure they are meeting performance metrics and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and team performance.
  • Strong knowledge of voice and data products, as well as industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
