Key Responsibilities

  • Community Development: Collaborate with students and staff to cultivate an inclusive atmosphere that promotes safety and respect.
  • Student Support: Provide guidance and resources to students facing academic or personal challenges, ensuring they have access to necessary support services.
  • Staff Leadership: Co-supervise and mentor a team of Resident Advisors, fostering their professional development and ensuring adherence to departmental standards.
  • Program Implementation: Lead initiatives that enhance student learning and community engagement, focusing on wellness, inclusivity, and career readiness.
  • Administrative Duties: Participate in departmental committees, manage budgets, and maintain effective communication with university leadership.
