- Employee Retention: Demonstrate leadership through employee retention, fostering a positive work environment and promoting career growth.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understand, apply, and adhere to state regulations, ensuring our community meets the highest standards.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of our community, ensuring seamless delivery of services and amenities.
- Census Development: Lead census development efforts, driving growth and revenue for our community.
- Financial Success: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sustained financial success, ensuring the long-term viability of our community.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in senior living management, with a focus on operational excellence and resident satisfaction.
- Administrative Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one, with a deep understanding of state regulations and compliance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Education: Secondary Education is preferred but not required, with a focus on business administration or a related field.
- Language: English language required, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
- Certifications: CPR Certification (preferred), with a commitment to maintaining current certifications and training.
