POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Residential Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that the living environment remains hygienic and orderly for both residents and staff members.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilizes personal protective equipment as instructed
  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the property
  • Employs cleaning agents and methods in accordance with company protocols
  • Performs sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing all areas
  • Rearranges movable furniture to clean beneath and behind
  • Assists with laundry tasks as necessary
  • Ensures safe and correct usage of cleaning solutions while adhering to safety guidelines
  • Engages respectfully with residents, families, and other staff
  • Adheres to infection control and universal safety procedures
  • Follows established protocols for reporting, isolation, and hand hygiene
