Account Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Real Floors, Inc. As a leading supplier of flooring to the multifamily industry, we offer a unique opportunity for sales professionals to grow their careers and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Houston, TX market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect and acquire new business through creative and effective sales techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the multifamily industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
