Job Title: Senior Manager, CDSS GTM Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, CDSS GTM Strategy to lead the rapid growth strategies and GTM execution for our AI-powered Network Security Cloud Management (SCM) service offering. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering scaled, technical sales training on our SCM solution, identifying and pursuing high-potential accounts, and collaborating closely with sales teams to discover, pitch, and solution our SCM solution.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our GTM team and drive the growth of our SCM service offering. As a Senior Manager, CDSS GTM Strategy, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering scaled, technical sales training on our SCM solution
  • Identifying and pursuing high-potential accounts, collaborating closely with sales teams to discover, pitch, and solution our SCM solution
  • Leading technical proof-of-value engagements to showcase the SCM solution efficacy
  • Supporting sales teams with negotiations and closure of SCM deals each quarter
  • Working cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, Channel to drive SCM strategies and sales programs
  • Driving predictable pipeline and forecasting through measurement and reporting discipline
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations or equivalent experience - preference for 3+ years in top management consulting, private equity, top-tier tech strategy / "bizops" functions or GTM programs
  • Cybersecurity Industry experience, especially in Network Security is preferred but not required
  • Leadership - Proven experience in influencing sales teams and managing projects in the cybersecurity domain
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy - Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies for high-priority products, including market analysis, product positioning, and customer engagement
  • Compliance Expertise - Preference for foundational understanding of compliance systems, protocols, and security challenges
