About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Growth Strategy to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Growth team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our AI-powered Network Security Cloud Management (SCM) service offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver scaled, technical sales training on our SCM solution to ensure sales teams have the necessary knowledge to effectively pitch and close deals.
  • Identify and pursue high-potential accounts, collaborating closely with sales teams to discover, pitch, and solution our SCM solution.
  • Lead technical proof-of-value engagements to showcase the SCM solution's efficacy and demonstrate its value to potential customers.
  • Support sales teams with negotiations and closure of SCM deals each quarter, ensuring that sales teams have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Channel to drive SCM strategies and sales programs, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
  • Drive predictable pipeline and forecasting through measurement and reporting discipline, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Extensive Cybersecurity Experience - 7+ years in cybersecurity, with a focus on Network Security, especially in the Management, Optimization, or Compliance domains.
  • Leadership - Proven experience in influencing sales teams and managing projects in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy - Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies for Network Security and/or Management solutions, including market analysis, product positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Network Security Management Market Expertise - In-depth understanding of the Network Security and/or Cloud Management landscape, including market dynamics, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies.
  • Compliance Expertise - Preference for foundational understanding of compliance systems, protocols, and security challenges.
  • Sales Support - Experience collaborating with sales teams to create Bills of Materials (BOM) and assist in deal negotiations, ensuring security requirements are met in customer solutions.
  • Excellent Communication - Ability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Brilliance - High familiarity with SalesForce, Tableau, Google Apps for Work.
