As the Senior Manager of Client Strategy, you will be instrumental in defining the strategic vision for our clients while nurturing a diverse and dynamic team of leaders and supervisors. This multifaceted role encompasses the creation of comprehensive media strategies, refining business objectives, and overseeing budget management. Additionally, you will champion the professional development of your team. With a solid grasp of performance indicators and a commitment to ongoing enhancement, you will adeptly navigate our clients' organizational frameworks and establish robust relationships with key stakeholders. In this fast-paced environment, your leadership acumen, industry expertise, and creative problem-solving will significantly influence both client success and team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve performance targets, monitor progress at an executive level, and communicate findings to critical decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate fiscal accountability as the steward of the budget and forecasts, focusing on maximizing returns on advertising expenditures. Identify opportunities for incremental budget improvements.
  • Skillfully navigate the client's organizational structure, dedicating time to collaboration and working with essential stakeholders to resolve challenges within a matrix environment.
  • Build enduring, mutually advantageous business relationships.
  • Lead high-level communication and strategic planning, fostering strong connections with key business stakeholders.
  • Understand and challenge performance limits across various channels, including those managed internally and by external partners.
  • Address issues promptly and effectively to ensure your team meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Adapt your role in client meetings as necessary, demonstrating flexibility in your involvement.
  • Collaborate with media leads to establish key partnerships (e.g., Google, Facebook, Amazon), ensuring our company remains at the forefront of opportunities and support.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in retail or consumer electronics, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven skills in management and team development.
  • Extensive experience in multi-channel digital marketing and managing digital media campaigns with a strong emphasis on direct response and online sales/customer acquisition.
  • Robust analytical background with experience managing budgets and KPIs from a holistic, cross-channel strategy perspective.
  • Prior experience with a large retail or eCommerce brand.
  • Familiarity with various attribution methodologies (MTA, MMM & Last Click) to optimize programs effectively.
  • Quick, precise, and decisive analytical, forecasting, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote for generating reports and presenting to clients.
