About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Sales Enablement Facilitator to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Worldwide Shared Services team, you will play a critical role in empowering our go-to-market teams through innovative solutions and strategic guidance to drive superior outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver world-class enablement programs for our global sales teams, driving continuous, scalable, and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and SMEs to market and deliver programs, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Develop and deliver engaging content across various modalities, including live, virtual, and video broadcasts, to support global sales teams.
  • Build physical and digital content, including assessments, training materials, presentations, participant guides, role-play scenarios, and coaching guides.
  • Incorporate diverse learning concepts, methodologies, gamification strategies, and tools, adhering to adult learning principles.
  • Measure impact by designing and implementing assessments to evaluate curriculum effectiveness and learner performance.
  • Apply evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve content and design.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering successful training programs in a B2B software sales environment.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, proven in effectively conveying complex ideas in an engaging manner.
  • Hands-on experience with video production tools such as Camtasia and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience delivering training both live and virtually, on camera, specifically tailored for sales teams or sellers.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for challenging conventional training methods and exploring new solutions.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of B2B software sales processes and the ability to design training that effectively supports sales excellence.
  • Eager to disrupt the status quo and drive a culture of innovation.
  • Successful experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Highly resourceful, independent, flexible, and coachable.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience preferred - additional background in video production or graphic design highly valued.
