KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Warmly welcomes all patrons in a courteous, helpful, and prompt manner.

• Accurately takes customer orders.

• Provides detailed information and recommendations regarding our menu offerings.

• Reiterates the order back to the customer upon completion of their selection.

• When presenting the order, confirms the details and showcases the meal.

• Engages with customers in the dining area, offering assistance as needed.

• Follows up with patrons to ensure their needs are being met.

• Acknowledges customer frustrations during peak times, addressing concerns effectively.

• Ensures compliance with all food safety and workplace safety protocols by team members.

• Guarantees that products are prepared, served, and stored according to company standards, adhering to food safety regulations.

• Understands and implements all food safety and workplace safety requirements.

• Guides team members on shift to adhere to cash management and register policies.

• Directs team members to complete tasks as necessary, following management instructions.

• Conducts operational walkthroughs.

• Manages store operations during scheduled shifts, organizing opening and closing tasks as assigned.

• Provides continuous coaching to the store team, identifying areas of consistency and inconsistency with restaurant standards and offering immediate feedback.

• Oversees the ordering and receipt of deliveries, ensuring adherence to processing requirements for all products.

• Assigns breaks as needed, in accordance with labor regulations.

• Maintains floor control, ensuring efficient task allocation.

• Plans weekly schedules and coordinates training sessions.

• Prepares daily administrative documentation, which may include cash reconciliations, inventory counts, store schedules, and payroll processing.

• Completes necessary documentation for workers' compensation, invoice processing, and timely mail handling.

SKILLS & EXPECTATIONS:

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards; food handler certification required.

• Friendly and positive demeanor.

• Adaptability to a dynamic and evolving environment.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Capability to coach, train, develop, delegate, and follow up effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.

• Ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of labor law requirements regarding breaks and meal periods.

• Proficient in managing liability and workers' compensation issues.

• Solid grasp of labor law guidelines.

• Familiarity with interviewing, hiring, and termination processes.

• Physical ability to reach, bend, squat, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

• Mobility required throughout the entire shift.
