Key Responsibilities:


Act as a program support resource to the government Program Manager (PM), ensuring a thorough understanding of the assigned teams and projects.

Offer technical advice and insights concerning the integration of National Systems-based capabilities.

Assist the PM/COTR in various aspects of program management, including strategic planning, cost, schedule, and performance tracking and reporting; program synchronization; generating responses to requests for information; and cross-program coordination.

Facilitate Agile-based program management and the application of a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach.

Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and oversee process boards, including but not limited to Engineering Review Boards (ERBs), Change Control Boards (CCBs), System Requirements Reviews (SRRs), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).

Support the PM in diverse areas such as systems, mission, and enterprise engineering; program management; acquisition support; analytical support; technical analysis; user requirement management and development; architecture; and customer outreach and support.

Serve as a technical authority in the designated area.

Provide administrative and technical assistance to the Government leadership team, internal cross-coordination, external mission partners, and other Department of Defense/Intelligence Community (DoD/IC) clients.


Required Qualifications:
Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in project management and acquisition, particularly within Government acquisition in DoD or IC.
Familiarity with project management principles; monitoring developer cost, schedule, and performance; and program office processes, techniques, and documentation.
Ability to foster commonality within the enterprise by defining, acquiring, and integrating a multi-INT, multi-sensor, and multi-nodal processing capability.
Proficient in problem-solving within a dynamic environment and engaging with the customer on a daily basis.
Track and respond to office tasking, develop and present program briefings, and update project schedules and calendars.

Junior-Level:
Bachelor's degree required.
0 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Background or knowledge in systems engineering.

Mid-Level:
Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10 years of relevant experience.
Background or knowledge in National space and ground systems.

Senior-Level:
Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Background or knowledge in National space and ground systems.

Desired Qualifications:
Master's Degree preferred.
Familiarity with the National Reconnaissance Office's (NRO) and DoD's national and tactical space architectures.
Understanding of various contracting types; e.g., competition, sole source, IDIQ/TOs, Other Transactions, and Broad Agency Announcements.
Knowledge of Electro-optical, RADAR, SIGINT, Communications, Mission Management, and Mission processing systems supporting a space and ground architecture.
Working knowledge of SAFe Agile or similar agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Certification in one or more of the following: INCOSE (or DAWIA equivalent), OMG Systems Modeler, Agile, Project Management, MBSE.

Comprehend how system requirements, design, analysis, verification, and validation activities are facilitated by MBSE throughout the engineering lifecycle.

Willingness to travel as required.
