- Collaborate with client management, engineering teams, and Technical Directorate personnel to effectively manage and document incoming client requirements, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Design system concepts that support operational mission requirements for clients.
- Facilitate Agile program management for technical development, acting as the organization's Agile Scrum Master.
- Organize and conduct design reviews, including Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR) and Critical Design Reviews (CDR), documenting feedback and ensuring all discrepancies are addressed satisfactorily.
- Coordinate testing designs and related systems.
- Maintain a catalog of technical capabilities that are operationally approved for deployment, in development, and identify technology gaps.
- Assist in managing engineering resource requirements in line with client budget allocations and mission needs.
- Contribute to the development of a technical roadmap on an annual basis.
Essential:
- Must possess TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; a Master's degree with 3+ years may also be considered; additional experience may substitute for degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering, Agile Scrum Master, or a similar role with a sponsor.
- Proven experience supporting the sponsor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing technical requirements and conducting thorough technical reviews of documentation.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple efforts simultaneously.
- Able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Experience within the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Certifications in Project Management or Systems Engineering.
- Agile Development certifications and experience.
- Experience in cable writing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.

Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000, representing the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
