Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customer leadership, engineering teams, and Technical Directorate personnel to effectively manage and document incoming customer specifications, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Design system concepts that support operational mission requirements of the customer.
  • Facilitate Agile program management for technical development, serving as the organization's Agile Scrum Master.
  • Organize and conduct design reviews, including Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR) and Critical Design Reviews (CDR), documenting feedback and ensuring all issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Coordinate testing designs and associated systems to ensure operational readiness.
  • Maintain a catalog of technical capabilities that are approved for deployment, in development, and identify unfilled technology gaps.
  • Assist in managing engineering resource requirements in accordance with customer budget allocations and mission necessities.
  • Contribute to the development of a technical roadmap on an annual basis.
Qualifications

Essential:
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; a Master's degree with 3+ years may also be considered; additional experience may substitute for degree requirements.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a systems engineering role, Agile Scrum Master, or a similar position.
  • Proven experience supporting the sponsor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in developing technical requirements and conducting thorough technical reviews of documentation.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
Preferred:
  • Experience within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Certifications in Project Management or Systems Engineering.
  • Agile Development certifications and relevant experience.
  • Experience in technical writing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
