  • IT Services: Development, maintenance, and testing of applications.
  • Consulting: Business advisory, IT strategy formulation, and digital transformation services.
  • Business Process Outsourcing (BPO): Streamlining business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Enterprise Solutions: Implementation and support of enterprise-grade software solutions.
  • Digital Services: Solutions related to digital technologies, including analytics, cloud computing, and IoT.
Salary Range: $50K-$60K/Annum

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project timelines to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Execute all designated projects efficiently and with urgency.
  • Address customer inquiries concerning technical issues and manage escalations effectively.
  • Provide support for laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, telephony devices, printers, conference room technology, and infrastructure computing.
  • Monitor service requests for hardware and software installations, relocations, and other related tasks at client sites.
  • Lead a team of desktop engineers in managing operational and escalation issues as well as incidents.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction upon resolution.
  • Coordinate desktop environment activities with other IT teams, including testing, change management, evaluations, and implementations.
  • Conduct monthly operational reviews and trend analyses.
  • Support both onsite and offsite meetings.
  • Manage stockroom operations.
  • Collect and analyze historical data using statistical methods.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track inventory levels, establish reorder points, manage purchase orders, and generate reports.
  • Assess safety levels to mitigate the risk of lost or missing devices.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to optimize the inventory management process.
  • Oversee asset management throughout its entire lifecycle (planning, procurement, assignment, inventory, retirement).
  • Assume responsibility for multiple sites as applicable.
