Salary Range: $55K-$58K/Annum
Location: Various locations in Texas

Job Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in desktop and laptop hardware.
  • Possess solid knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Mac OS is advantageous.
  • Understand daily operational workflows and service delivery processes.
  • Install and troubleshoot applications and software.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now).
  • Administer Windows systems effectively.
  • Exhibit strong troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and software for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Support computer peripherals including printers and scanners.
  • Understand active directory and networking fundamentals.
  • Maintain a solid grasp of AMDB and CMDB architecture.

Key Duties:
  • Conduct second-line investigation and diagnosis of issues.
  • Resolve and close incidents/service requests in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
  • Document relevant incident/service request details in the ITSM tool.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding incident status.
  • Ensure tickets are consistently updated until resolution.
  • Adhere to Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE) and IT policies.
  • Collaborate with clients, IT support teams, and third-party providers as necessary.
  • Manage staging of PCs and perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks for end-user hardware.
  • Conduct maintenance and support for hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve PC incidents and VIP requests.
  • Assist with IT security issues and virus removal.
  • Create and maintain documentation for the scope of work.
  • Provide support for special events, meeting rooms, and video conferencing devices.
  • Oversee centralized hardware and spare part inventory management.
  • Coordinate break-fix services for small sites.
  • Manage logistics for PC and device provisioning.
  • Collaborate with third parties to resolve IT issues or fulfill service requests.
  • Follow standard operating procedures as outlined in the knowledge management system.
  • Provide training and demonstrations to end users as needed.
  • Handle onsite administrative tasks such as backups and OS migrations.
  • Support operational needs for mobility devices and company-owned mobile devices.
  • Manage asset disposal processes.
  • Coordinate with regional/global support teams for comprehensive request resolution.
  • Provide operational support for standalone printers and non-networked devices.
  • Manage the loading and reloading of PCs with standard images for deployment.
