Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the progress of assigned projects to ensure timely completion.
- Execute all designated projects efficiently and promptly, demonstrating a sense of urgency.
- Address customer inquiries regarding technical challenges and manage escalations effectively.
- Provide support for laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, telephony devices, printers, conference room equipment, and infrastructure computing, including Zoom.
- Monitor Service Request support for hardware and software installations, relocations, additions, etc., at client sites.
- Lead a team of desktop engineers in managing all operational and escalation issues, as well as incidents.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction upon resolution.
- Coordinate activities related to the desktop environment with other IT teams, including testing, change management, evaluations, and implementation.
- Conduct monthly operational reviews and trend analyses.
- Support both onsite and offsite meetings.
- Manage stockroom operations.
- Collect and analyze historical data using statistical tools.
- Utilize inventory management software to track inventory levels, establish reorder points, manage purchase orders, and generate reports.
- Assess safety levels to mitigate the risk of missing and lost devices.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production to streamline the inventory management process.
- Oversee Asset Management throughout its entire lifecycle (planning, procurement, assignment, inventory, retirement).
- Assume responsibility for multiple sites as applicable.
