Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Non-Traditional Administrative Assistant to join our team at Andersen. In this role, you will provide administrative support for our Event and Retail functions, ensuring seamless execution of programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage event appointments, including updating spreadsheets and comparing with promoter log sheets.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, generating reports, and maintaining equipment in/out logs.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, including research projects and inventory tracking.
  • Communicate with agents and promoters to ensure timely updates and resolution of issues.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including expense tracking and employee bonus calculations.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
