Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Project Management: Manage the rollout of new software launches and all aspects of business operations, including finance and administration. Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle and ensure adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with developers on software development and continuous improvement, and coordinate with the accounting department to ensure business financials are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Business Operations: Manage the volume of workflow and administrative tasks or projects, maintain business records, and organize crucial documents.
  • Leadership and Communication: Collaborate with executive leadership on project proposals and future projects, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management, financial administration, business operations, or related role.
  • Proven working experience in project management in the financial information technology sector or software development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of technology and/or software development.
  • Knowledge of financial administration and general accounting practices.
  • Superior project management and time management skills.
