Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at LaBine and Associates. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise event management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement enterprise event management strategies to ensure efficient and effective system operation.
  • Identify trends and implement new solutions to resolve customer issues and improve system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with IT Delivery leadership to establish work plans and prioritize tasks.
  • Develop and maintain run books for all IT procedures.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining IT Governance processes and knowledge management repository.
  • Provide technical and service quality leadership to ensure successful completion of automated tasks and jobs.
  • Develop and maintain training requirements with personnel and assess staff performance in event management activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical systems analyst.
  • Demonstrated experience with configuration and monitoring systems entities such as storage, databases, virtual environments, and peripheral infrastructure.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficiency in workings of Windows OS, including AD, GPO, DNS, IIS, WINS, DHCP, FTP, SMTP, and Windows System Architecture Management.
  • Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) especially Opcon.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of internal and external customers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a large and varied workload in a sometimes high-pressure environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar Technology field with 7 years' experience in a Technical environment.
  • Technology Certifications in any of the systems listed above.
  • Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of modern technologies including cloud-based technologies with Microsoft Azure Cloud experience preferred.
