Business Process Improvement Specialist

As a Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a critical role in understanding and bridging gaps between business objectives and technology solutions.

You will analyze and solve problems to help meet organizational objectives, acting as a liaison with multiple functions and operations to assess areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with functional teams to gather and analyze business process/data to identify needs and recommend solutions.
  • Analyze industry trends and best practices.
  • Identify value-driven opportunities and drive POCs with clear outcomes.
  • Requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making to enhance 'fit for purpose' business processes.
  • Champion Change Management.
  • Risk Management.
  • Champion for Standardization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with minimum of 3 years relevant experience or relevant work experience.
  • Experience should include work as a business analyst with one or more functional areas.
  • Strong knowledge of business applications such as SAP, other ERP systems, or other contemporary technologies.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and/or DevOps methodologies a plus.

Some travel is required (25%).
