Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Executive Alliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales and a strong understanding of the commercial and residential property management industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
  • Maintaining and growing existing client relationships
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales targets
  • Conducting education and training programs to grow sales
  • Executing company strategies to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of commercial and residential property management industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
