At ST2 ManTech Advanced Systems Intl, we're seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Database Developer III to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining database systems that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop database systems, including working with hardware, software, and network components.
  • Develop effective database systems according to specifications, test databases, fix errors and bugs, troubleshoot potential issues, and create and submit test reports and database improvements.
  • Develop database documentation and provide users with operational manuals and supporting documentation, including information on changes.
  • Collaborate with the Development Team to integrate and test code.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to subordinate project and staff members. Collaborate with other Database Developer IIIs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT discipline.
  • Five or more (5+) years of related experience.
  • If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required.
  • If a candidate holds an Associate's degree rather than a Bachelor's degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required.
  • Hold one of the following certifications within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Development.
  • 4 years of experience in an Agile development environment.

Clearance Requirements:

  • This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
