Leidos is seeking a dedicated Product Support Analyst for the DIABLO program, tasked with assisting the Project Director Sensors-Aerial Intelligence in delivering comprehensive life cycle services for a diverse range of AISR sensors. This role presents a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise within the Leidos Integrated Airborne Solutions Division.

Key Responsibilities

The Product Support Analyst will spearhead initiatives to create reports and analyze performance-based logistics metrics, focusing on aspects such as supportability, availability, and sustainment engineering deliverables for the DIABLO Program. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the Reliability and Maintainability Predictions Report.
  • Evaluating Availability Metrics, including Operational Availability (Ao), MTBF, MTBOMF, MICAP, and stock availability.
  • Assessing Reliability Metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, MDT, Logistics Response Time, and Turn-around time.
  • Maintaining the health of the DMSMS strategy and producing health analysis reports.
  • Conducting proactive DMSMS research.
  • Analyzing maintenance and failure data to identify trends, supporting root cause analysis, and collaborating with technical SMEs to enhance preventive maintenance as needed.
  • Preparing presentations and participating in Product Support Management IPT meetings.

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

  • Contributing to the development or updates of LORA and Maintenance Task analyses.
  • Creating reliability block diagrams and conducting reliability predictions using ReliaSoft tools or equivalent databases.
  • Engaging in Sustainment Engineering activities, including FMECA and FRACAS reporting/analysis plans.
  • Collaborating with Technical SMEs to develop or update Provisioning Data in response to Design Change Notifications (DCN) or Engineering Change Proposals (ECP).
  • Assisting with revisions to operations and maintenance manuals.
  • Supporting the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Quick Reference Cards (QRC), and Program Directives to ensure uniform task completion across various entities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of management experience in Logistics or Product Support Management; additional experience may be considered.
  • At least two (2) years of experience leading a team to address complex problems requiring a comprehensive understanding of program requirements and resources.
  • Proven experience in briefing and developing reports for executive leadership, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to organize a small team in report development and assist in determining appropriate responses to report data.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance-based logistics metrics, reliability, availability, supportability analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to address urgent mission requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must possess a Secret Clearance and be a US Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with supportability analysis methodologies (MTA, FTA, LORA).
  • Familiarity with Windchill Configuration Management database.
  • Management experience in developing Performance Based Logistics Metrics (PBLM) reports.
  • Experience utilizing technical manuals and maintenance instructions to address various failure types.
  • Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams.
