Logistics Support Analyst for Aerial Intelligence

Leidos is seeking a skilled Product Support Analyst to assist the Project Director of Sensors-Aerial Intelligence in delivering comprehensive life cycle services for a diverse range of AISR sensors. This role is pivotal in enhancing our Integrated Airborne Solutions Division.
Key Responsibilities
The Product Support Analyst will spearhead the creation of reports and analyze performance-based logistics metrics, focusing on supportability, availability, and sustainment engineering outputs for the DIABLO Program. The responsibilities include:
Overseeing the Reliability and Maintainability Predictions Report. Monitoring Availability Metrics, including Operational Availability (Ao), MTBF, MTBOMF, MICAP, and stock availability. Evaluating Reliability Metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, MDT, Logistics Response Time, and Turn-around time. Managing the health of the DMSMS strategy and generating health analysis reports. Conducting proactive DMSMS research. Analyzing maintenance and failure data to identify trends, support root cause analysis, and collaborate with technical SMEs to refine preventive maintenance as needed. Preparing presentations and participating in Product Support Management IPT meetings.Additional Responsibilities May Include:
Assisting in the development or updates for LORA and Maintenance Task analyses. Creating reliability block diagrams and predictions using ReliaSoft tools or equivalent databases. Engaging in Sustainment Engineering tasks, including FMECA and FRACAS reporting/analysis plans. Collaborating with Technical SMEs to develop or update Provisioning Data in response to Design Change Notifications (DCN) or Engineering Change Proposals (ECP). Supporting updates to operations and maintenance manuals. Aiding in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Quick Reference Cards (QRC), and Program Directives to ensure uniform task completion across various entities.Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree with at least eight (8) years of management experience in Logistics or Product Support Management; additional experience may be considered. A minimum of two (2) years' experience leading teams to address complex problems requiring a deep understanding of program requirements and resources. Proven experience in briefing and preparing reports for executive leadership, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong leadership abilities to coordinate small teams in report development and assist government entities in interpreting report data. Comprehensive knowledge of performance-based logistics metrics, reliability, availability, supportability analysis, and sustainment engineering reporting. Capability to organize cross-functional teams to respond to urgent mission needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must possess a Secret Clearance. Must be a US Citizen.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with supportability analysis techniques (MTA, FTA, LORA). Familiarity with Windchill Configuration Management database. Management experience in developing Performance Based Logistics Metrics (PBLM) reports. Knowledge of using technical manuals and maintenance instructions to address failure types. Experience in managing projects with cross-functional teams.Pay Range:
Pay Range $78,000 - $141,000.The Leidos pay range for this job level serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Various factors are considered in extending an offer, including job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
