About the Role

Catholic Community Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Aberdeen, Washington. As a Clinician III, you will play a vital role in providing family-oriented, strength-based mental health services to children and families in their own home and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, creative, and flexible services to children and families, infused with evidence-based and evidence-informed strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with other clinicians and clinical care coordinators to achieve incredible outcomes with children, youth, and families.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with other clinicians and clinical care coordinators to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Develop and implement novel strategies to address the unique needs of each family, while emphasizing the importance of collaboration, coordination, and intensive behavioral health services.
  • Conduct home and community-based assessments to identify safety concerns and develop plans to mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent, accredited degree.
  • Knowledge of WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) principles and practice preferred.
  • Passion for helping families stay together and thrive.
  • Energetic, innovative style with the ability to engage children, youth, and family members in services.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team, with a genuine strengths-based approach.
  • Demonstrate the necessary attitudes, knowledge, and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $78,838.50 - $87,691.50.
  • Additional pay/ability to earn additional pay: first responder pay, pay based on performance, clinical supervision of licensing, licensure pay, and bilingual fluency skills.
  • Benefits: 12 paid holidays, 3 weeks' vacation per year, 12 sick-days per year, medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and training and supervision opportunities.
