AWS Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our AWS Global Sales team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for owning and delivering large technical initiatives that enable our Global Startup Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business and product stakeholders across multiple business and technical teams to deliver product goals and milestones.
- Be an impassioned voice for our customers - AWS's world-class selling and field teams - and ensure we are providing customer-obsessed experiences for them when they interact with our product.
- Work with the product management, science and engineering teams to identify technical requirements, limitations, and bottlenecks.
- Own status update mechanisms like weekly business and metrics reviews.
- Own data sourcing, vendor management, and data hygiene programs for Startup focused data.

We are committed to providing a total compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
