About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our AWS Global Sales team. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for owning and delivering large technical initiatives while focusing on enabling the Global Startup Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business and product stakeholders across multiple business and technical teams to deliver product goals and milestones.
  • Be an impassioned voice for our customers - AWS's world-class selling and field teams - and ensure we are providing customer-obsessed experiences for them when they interact with our product.
  • Work with the product management, science and engineering teams to identify technical requirements, limitations, and bottlenecks.
  • Own status update mechanisms like weekly business and metrics reviews.
  • Own data sourcing, vendor management, and data hygiene programs for Startup focused data.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • 5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of working with Startup data, like Crunchbase and CBInsights.
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
