Job Title: Technical Program Manager, Cloud Infrastructure, AWS
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the development of our cloud infrastructure, focusing on hardware engineering and edge computing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, technical expertise in cloud computing, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions and significant improvements.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business goals and product needs.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams across hardware design, component development, firmware, test, and qualification.
- Develop and deploy platforms at scale, providing ongoing operational support.
- Understand system architecture and influence technical priorities and business strategy.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, including Directors and VPs.
- Partner with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to drive project success.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- Experience working with overseas CM/OEM/ODM/IHV vendors in product development.
- Knowledge of compute and storage server architecture and design for large-scale applications.
- Experience with server technologies, such as power optimization, board design, thermal, mechanical, BIOS, BMC, signal integrity, and networking.
