SMB Account Executive for Homecare Software Solutions

About the Role:
Cashé Software, a leading technology partner for Home and Community-Based Service (HCBS) providers, is seeking a skilled SMB Account Executive to join their team at HHAeXchange.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business logos and meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas
- Close initial new logo and position Pavillio services as the agency grows
- Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, sales, qualification, discovery, virtual software demonstration, negotiation, and close
- Maintain a high level of outbound lead generation through cold calling and strategic outreach
- Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with related departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, SaaS preferred
- Proven track record of quota achievement in a new business, outbound sales role
- Strong ownership attitude and ability to take initiative
