About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at SMB Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new qualified sales opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm inbound leads
  • Set calendar appointments for Account Executives and serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a Business Development Specialist role
  • Competitive nature with a strong passion to exceed personal and professional goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a high-energy, dynamic sales environment
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
