We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at SMB Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new qualified sales opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm inbound leads
- Set calendar appointments for Account Executives and serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients
- 2+ years of sales experience in a Business Development Specialist role
- Competitive nature with a strong passion to exceed personal and professional goals
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a high-energy, dynamic sales environment
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
