Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Project Manager with a strong background in electrical contracting. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical sector
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Effective planning and strategic thinking skills
  • Timely decision-making abilities
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience managing remote projects with limited site visits

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will:
  • Lead project teams and ensure successful completion of assigned construction projects
  • Supervise and mentor project management team members
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and quality control
  • Oversee project-related documentation and correspondence
  • Manage materials, budgets, and production activities for projects
  • Participate in bi-weekly team meetings and resource planning
  • Act as the liaison between clients and the construction team
  • Identify scope changes and communicate project milestones
  • Manage project financials to meet or exceed budget expectations
  • Facilitate the change order process for client projects
  • Ensure all aspects of multiple projects are managed effectively while maintaining quality standards
  • Provide constructive feedback and clarification as necessary
