Position: Customer Service/Admin Assistant

Employment Type: Full Time | Schedule: Monday-Friday | Compensation: $17-$19/hour DOE

Position Summary:

The role involves facilitating customer interactions and performing administrative tasks to bolster the organization’s commitment to exceptional client service. The successful candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and demonstrate superior communication abilities, both oral and written.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Production teams to provide outstanding customer support.
  • Examine orders, purchase orders, invoices, and client communications for precision.
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  • Organize files appropriately for easy traceability.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Background in customer service.
  • Experience in reviewing orders, purchase orders, invoices, and client communications for accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings is advantageous.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Infor Visual, is a plus.

Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
