Client Relations Specialist

As a Client Relations Specialist, you play a vital role in maintaining our dedication to client satisfaction and professionalism.
Your responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing residential and commercial painting projects through the scheduling and execution phases, serving as the primary point of contact for all parties involved.
You embody our core values by demonstrating respect and courtesy to all clients and team members. You are proactive, excel in dynamic environments, and effectively manage your time to meet project deadlines.Your strong communication skills enable you to interact effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients, allowing you to navigate various situations on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that assigned projects adhere to timelines and budgets while fulfilling client requirements and delivering high-quality results.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate painting projects from initial estimates to final completion.
Develop detailed schedules and operational plans for painting projects in close collaboration with homeowners.
Collaboration with Other Trades:
Coordinate with various trades such as pressure washing, carpentry, stucco repair, etc.
Lead project meetings and maintain proper documentation and recordkeeping.
Guide projects to successful completion, ensuring proper close-out procedures are followed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
Bilingual proficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in computer applications, including word processing, business software, and spreadsheets.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
