Welcome and assist customers in a courteous, professional, and prompt manner.
Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating rental policies, vehicle specifications, and available services, including optional protection plans, upgrades, fuel choices, and additional equipment.
Provide further assistance to customers by offering directions, maps, local insights, and relevant service information.
Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate inquiries, general information, and resolve issues for customers, other branches, and vendors.
Make outgoing calls for follow-up management and other assigned tasks.
Support the evaluation of rental vehicles upon their return.
Inform management of any identified customer concerns.
Report any known vehicle issues and necessary maintenance to management.
Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through on-the-job training, development opportunities, and company-sponsored educational programs.
Minimum RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age.
A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales within retail, guest services, or administrative support is necessary.
A valid driver's license is required.
No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
