Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Insurance Account Executive to manage and grow our client portfolio at Synectics Inc. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
  • Engage in cross-selling and account enhancement strategies.
  • Gather and manage client referrals.
  • Oversee policy management, including updates and modifications.
  • Assist clients in filing claims.
  • Conduct audits and ensure accurate processing.
  • Handle invoicing and address billing inquiries.
  • Issue insurance certificates and auto identification cards.
  • Market new business and manage renewal accounts effectively.
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes, facilitating the sales process.
  • Develop proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with producers in both new and renewal business activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated accountability and responsibility.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive demeanor.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
  • Possession of a Property & Casualty insurance license (2-20 insurance license).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive for success.
  • Required to hold a 2-20 insurance license and have substantial experience in the field.
